Returns and refunds are not accepted on dog chews or treats due to the consumable nature of our products and for the safety and health of all pets. Once products leave our care, we cannot guarantee proper storage or prevent contamination.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can work with you to make it right.
